Tried GFX driver from pc manufactor, Windows update and also GFX provider without any help. Even external monitor in difference size has this issue. I suspect it is because the issue pc has 4k monitor, we tried different DPI and screen resolution without any help. If same account is logged in on another pc, it works fine so it is local issue. Disabled and also enabled hardware acceleration without any help. Presence is working fine if we hover over the name and contact card shows up. They do not see this icon, only user name. Some of our users are experiencing issue with missing presence icon on the left side:
